Themed Cocktail
Dante's Descent
Ingredients:
- 2 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 0.25 oz agave nectar
- 3 dashes smoked chili bitters
- 1 tsp black lava salt for rim
Instructions:
- 1Rim a rocks glass with black lava salt using a lime wedge.
- 2Combine mezcal, lime juice, hibiscus syrup, agave nectar, and smoked chili bitters in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake hard for 15 seconds.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass over a large ice cube.
- 5Garnish with a dried hibiscus flower and a lime wedge.
