The Sokovia Accords

Ingredients

• 1 oz rye whiskey (Team Cap)
• 1 oz bourbon (Team Iron Man)
• 0.5 oz Averna amaro
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine both whiskeys, Averna, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice
2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds — they need to fight it out
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube
4. 4Garnish with a lemon peel on one side and an orange peel on the other — two sides, one glass
5. 5Do not choose between the garnishes — they both end up on the ice together
