Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz honey syrup
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz rose water
2 oz sparkling water
3 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1Muddle mint leaves gently in the bottom of a shaker.
2Add gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, and rose water with ice.
3Shake vigorously and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4Top with sparkling water and garnish.
