Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz honey syrup
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz rose water
- 2 oz sparkling water
- 3 fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- 1Muddle mint leaves gently in the bottom of a shaker.
- 2Add gin, honey syrup, lemon juice, and rose water with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously and double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Top with sparkling water and garnish.
