Pipeline Barrel

Ingredients

• 2 oz white rum
• 1 oz dry curaçao (exception: ocean color is mandatory here)
• 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz coconut cream
• 1 tsp sea salt (rim)

Instructions

1. 1Rim a rocks glass with sea salt and fill with ice.
2. 2Combine rum, dry curaçao, pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
4. 4Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
5. 5Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprig of fresh mint.
