The Scuba Steve

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz light rum
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz pineapple juice
• 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, coconut cream, lime juice, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Add grenadine slowly — it will sink to form a red layer at the bottom.
5. 5Garnish with a pineapple wedge and serve — because Scuba Steve loves adventure.
