Themed Cocktail
The Shenaniganz Special
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 0.75 oz triple sec
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz jalapeño syrup
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- Tajin for rim
Instructions:
- 1Rim a rocks glass with Tajin by wetting the edge with lime and dipping.
- 2Combine tequila, triple sec, lime juice, jalapeño syrup, and hot sauce in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
- 4Strain into the rimmed glass over ice.
- 5Garnish with a lime wedge — tip your server well, or else.
