Themed Cocktail
Rooster's Resolve
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz cherry liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel
Instructions:
- 1Combine rye, sweet vermouth, and cherry liqueur in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Add bitters and stir for 20 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Express orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
