Themed Cocktail
Sugar Bowl Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz rye whiskey
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- 1Dry shake rye, lemon juice, both syrups, and egg white without ice for 20 seconds.
- 2Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Dot Peychaud's bitters on the foam surface.
- 5Drag a toothpick through the dots for a decorative pattern and serve.
