  • Drink Twice — Shane Falco makes eye contact with replacement cheerleader Annabelle

Themed Cocktail

Sugar Bowl Sour

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz rye whiskey
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Dry shake rye, lemon juice, both syrups, and egg white without ice for 20 seconds.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  4. 4Dot Peychaud's bitters on the foam surface.
  5. 5Drag a toothpick through the dots for a decorative pattern and serve.
