Themed Cocktail

The Desk Pop

Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz maple syrup
0.25 oz cinnamon syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
2 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, cinnamon syrup, and bitters in shaker
2Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
3Strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
4Top with ginger beer
5Stir gently to combine
