Ingredients:

2.5 oz rye whiskey
0.5 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
1 dash orange bitters
Orange peel for expressing

Instructions:

1Add demerara syrup and both bitters to a rocks glass.
2Add one large ice cube.
3Pour rye whiskey over the ice and stir slowly for 20 seconds.
