Themed Cocktail
The Bent-Neck Lady
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz dark rum
- 0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz hibiscus syrup
- 1 tsp black salt for rim
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Rim a coupe glass with black salt using a lemon wedge.
- 2Combine dark rum, blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake for 12 seconds until deeply chilled.
- 4Double strain into the prepared coupe glass.
- 5Drop two dashes of Angostura into the center without stirring — it bleeds like the house wants it to.
