The Belsnickel Bitters

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz ginger syrup
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine dark rum, ginger syrup, and lemon juice in a rocks glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir gently.
