Themed Cocktail

The F*cking Catalina Wine Mixer

Ingredients:

2 oz bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz red wine float
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

1Fill shaker with ice
2Combine bourbon, vermouth, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters
3Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
4Strain into wine goblet filled with fresh ice
5Float red wine on top using back of spoon
