- Sip when Luke trains with Yoda and fails spectacularly
- Sip when the Imperial March plays as Vader appears on screen
- Drink Twice when an AT-AT walker stomps across Hoth snow
- Drink Twice when Han and Leia argue then almost kiss
- Drink Twice when Lando flashes that cape-lined smile in Cloud City
- Shot when Han Solo gets frozen in carbonite while Leia watches
- Shot when Vader says "I am your father" to Luke on the gantry
- Chug when Luke screams and throws himself off the Cloud City platform
Themed Cocktail
The Carbonite Freeze
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz lavender syrup
- 2 oz dry sparkling wine
- 3 drops butterfly pea flower extract
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and lavender syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake hard for 12 seconds until frost forms on the tin.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Add butterfly pea flower extract and the drink shifts to a cold steel-grey.
- 5Top slowly with sparkling wine for a fizzing cloud effect.
- 6Serve immediately while the color is still shifting. Garnish with a lemon twist frozen rigid against the glass rim.
