The Rules
- Sip — Shrek makes a face showing he does not want to be king with zero subtlety
- Sip — Prince Charming preens, flips his hair, or checks his reflection in a shiny surface
- Sip — Young Artie makes a social misstep and immediately makes everything more cringe-worthy
- Sip — Puss in Boots and Donkey switch bodies and react with appropriate confusion and delight
- Sip — Merlin the wizard gives advice that is unhelpful in a technically mystical way
- Drink Twice — The princess fairy tale women take over the Charming villain coup single-handedly
- Drink Twice — Shrek has a nightmare about baby ogres overwhelming his swamp entirely
- Drink Twice — Prince Charming's theatrical musical performance at the villains' pub becomes the finale setup
- Shot — Artie talks down the fairy tale villains with his speech about second chances and meaning
- Shot — Shrek finds out Fiona is pregnant with triplets and his face becomes the face of a broken man
- Chug — Prince Charming is crushed by the dragon-toppled theatre tower in front of the entire Far Far Away court
Themed Cocktail
Charming's Curtain Call
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz coconut rum
- 0.75 oz peach nectar
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz vanilla simple syrup
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
- 0.25 oz grenadine
Instructions:
- 1Combine coconut rum, peach nectar, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a champagne flute.
- 3Top with cold sparkling rosé and stir once with a long spoon.
- 4Drizzle grenadine down the inside of the flute so it sinks in a dramatic curtain of red.
- 5Garnish with a single maraschino cherry on a long gold pick — dramatic to the end.
