  • Sip — Davy Jones plays the pipe organ on the Flying Dutchman with his tentacled face
  • Sip — The Kraken tentacle appears on screen — even briefly as a shadow or ripple
  • Sip — Jack Sparrow owes a debt to Davy Jones and is reminded of it on screen
  • Sip — One of Davy Jones's crew members is shown with a sea creature part for a limb or head

  • Drink Twice — The three-way sword fight between Jack, Will, and Norrington rolls across the mill wheel

Themed Cocktail

Davy Jones's Locker

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 0.5 oz coconut rum
  • 0.75 oz pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 0.25 oz activated charcoal simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine both rums, pineapple juice, lime juice, and hibiscus syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. 3Carefully drip activated charcoal syrup in from the center so it sinks into the drink's core.
  4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated pineapple ring and a small cuttlefish pick or nautical anchor toothpick.
