Themed Cocktail

The TPS Report

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz London dry gin
  • 0.75 oz butterfly pea flower-infused simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz lavender liqueur
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 3 oz tonic water
Instructions:
  1. 1Add gin, butterfly pea syrup, lemon juice, lavender liqueur and bitters to shaker
  2. 2Fill with ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  3. 3Strain into Collins glass filled with fresh ice
  4. 4Top with tonic water
  5. 5Gently stir to combine and create color-changing effect
