Themed Cocktail

The Pinewood Daydream

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz London dry gin
  • 0.75 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz lavender syrup
  • 2 oz champagne

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake gin, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, and lavender syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. 3Top gently with champagne.
  4. 4Do not stir after adding champagne.
