The Yacht Club Alibi

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco

Instructions:

  1. 1Shake gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
  2. 2Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. 3Top with prosecco.
