Themed Cocktail

Wild Knuckles Old Fashioned

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.25 oz demerara syrup
  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • Large ice cube

Instructions:

  1. 1Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. 2Combine bourbon, demerara syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. 3Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
  4. 4Strain over the large ice cube.
  5. 5Express an orange peel over the glass and drop it in.
