  • Drink Twice — whenever a celebrity impersonator cameo arrives without warning
  • Drink Twice — whenever the Pit of Death receives another guest mid-conversation
  • Drink Twice — whenever Queen Margo attempts to rally political support in Sparta
  • Shot — whenever the film breaks the fourth wall to acknowledge how stupid it is
  • Shot — whenever a Spartan training scene becomes a synchronized dance sequence

Themed Cocktail

The Spartan Shield

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz ouzo
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 4 oz cold water
  • 5 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions:

  1. 1Slap mint leaves and place in the bottom of a copper mug.
  2. 2Add ouzo, lemon juice, honey syrup, and sea salt.
  3. 3Fill with crushed ice.
  4. 4Pour cold water over the top.
  5. 5Stir gently with a bar spoon.
