Themed Cocktail

The Royal Doulton Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.75 oz gin
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 1 dash lavender bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Add elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake well for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled champagne flute.
  4. 4Top with cold prosecco.
  5. 5Add a dash of lavender bitters on top.
