Themed Cocktail

A Spoonful of Rum

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 0.75 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz vanilla syrup
  • 1 oz warm chamomile tea
  • 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Brew chamomile tea and allow to cool slightly to warm temperature.
  2. 2Combine rum, honey syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla syrup in a mixing glass.
  3. 3Stir with ice until chilled, then strain into a warmed teacup or rocks glass.
  4. 4Float warm chamomile tea gently on top.
  5. 5Add a dash of orange bitters.
