Calvin's Cell

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz green Chartreuse
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Instructions:

  1. 1Dry shake gin, lime juice, Chartreuse, simple syrup, and egg white.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. 4The pale green foam looks like something growing in a Petri dish.
