Themed Cocktail

Parabellum Punch

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz mezcal
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.25 oz Ancho Reyes
  • 2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine mezcal, lime juice, honey syrup, and Ancho Reyes in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Add mole bitters and shake hard for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Smoky, complex, and ready for war.
