Themed Cocktail

Thornfield Nightcap

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 0.5 oz ruby port
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Instructions:

  1. 1Warm the snifter by cupping it in your hands.
  2. 2Combine brandy, port, honey syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. 3Stir for 25 seconds and strain into the snifter.
  4. 4Rest the cinnamon stick inside for aroma.
