Themed Cocktail
Sang Noir
Ingredients:
- 2 oz cognac
- 1 oz ruby port
- 0.5 oz crème de cassis
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine cognac, port, crème de cassis, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Add bitters and shake for 10 seconds.
- 3Strain into a wine goblet over one large ice sphere.
- 4Let the deep crimson color settle before serving.
