The Rules

  • Sip — Every time Alicent Hightower and Rhaenyra Targaryen exchange a look loaded with unsaid grievances
  • Sip — Every time someone questions the paternity of Rhaenyra's children without saying it directly
  • Sip — Every time a dragon is named aloud and riders claim or dispute that bond
  • Sip — Every time Otto Hightower whispers counsel into someone's ear to advance his own position
  • Sip — Every time the Iron Throne physically wounds the person sitting on it
  • Drink Twice — Every time Daemon Targaryen does something reckless that somehow works in his favor
  • Drink Twice — Every time the Small Council argues and accomplishes absolutely nothing of consequence
  • Drink Twice — Every time a character swears loyalty to one side of the Dance of Dragons explicitly
  • Shot — Every time a major character dies off screen and the news arrives by raven or messenger
  • Shot — Every time a dragon fight erupts and both dragons sustain visible wounds mid-battle
  • Chug — Every time Lucerys Velaryon is killed by Aemond and Vhagar over Shipbreaker Bay

Themed Cocktail

Dragonstone Red

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz Tempranillo red wine
  • 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.25 oz honey syrup
  • 1 oz ruby port
  • 1 cinnamon stick muddled
  • 1 star anise

Instructions:

  1. 1Muddle the cinnamon stick briefly in a mixing glass to release aroma, then remove large pieces.
  2. 2Add Tempranillo, ruby port, pomegranate juice, and honey syrup over ice.
  3. 3Stir gently for 15 seconds to combine without over-diluting.
  4. 4Strain into a goblet over a large ice cube.
  5. 5Add star anise to float on top and garnish.
