Senior Send-Off

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 4 oz dry sparkling wine
  • 1 dash Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Chill a champagne flute thoroughly.
  2. 2Combine elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  3. 3Shake briefly for 5 seconds.
  4. 4Strain into the chilled flute.
  5. 5Top with sparkling wine poured slowly down the side.
  6. 6Add a dash of bitters and garnish immediately.
