Themed Cocktail

The Championship Vinyl

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.25 oz maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1 large ice cube

Instructions:

  1. 1Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  2. 2Combine bourbon, Amaro Nonino, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. 3Stir for 20 seconds until properly chilled.
  4. 4Strain over the large ice cube.
  5. 5Add bitters and garnish.
