Themed Cocktail
Awesome Mix Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz bourbon
- 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine bourbon, lemon juice, raspberry liqueur, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice for 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white.
- 3Add ice and shake again hard for 15 seconds.
- 4Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- 5Dot the foam with Peychaud's bitters and drag a toothpick through for a pattern.
