Ingredients:

1.5 oz Calvados
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey and water)
0.5 oz chamomile tea, brewed and cooled
1 oz sparkling wine
Ice

Instructions:

1Combine Calvados, lemon juice, honey syrup, and cooled chamomile tea in a shaker with ice.
2Shake for 12 seconds until well chilled.
3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
