The Cross-Country

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz Aperol
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz grapefruit juice
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 1 oz Prosecco

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine gin, Aperol, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 12 seconds and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  3. 3Top gently with Prosecco.
  4. 4Garnish and serve.
