Themed Cocktail

The Fabergé Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz Chambord
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz egg white
  • 2 oz prosecco

Instructions:

  1. 1Dry shake gin, Chambord, lemon juice, and egg white.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. 4Top with prosecco gently.
