Themed Cocktail
The Breakwater Leap
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aquavit
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 oz blueberry syrup
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz sparkling water
Instructions:
- 1Shake aquavit, lemon juice, blueberry syrup, and simple syrup with ice.
- 2Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- 3Top with sparkling water.
- 4Stir once.
