Themed Cocktail
Dracula's Blood Mai Tai
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz aged rum
- 0.5 oz dark rum (float)
- 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz orgeat syrup
- 0.5 oz orange curacao
- 1 oz fresh pineapple juice
Instructions:
- 1Fill a tiki mug or rocks glass with crushed ice.
- 2Combine aged rum, lime juice, orgeat, curacao, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake for 15 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
- 4Float dark rum over the back of a spoon on top.
- 5Garnish with a spent lime shell, a pineapple leaf, and a maraschino cherry on a pick.
