Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 0.5 oz Irish cream
  • 3 oz cold brew coffee
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup

Instructions:

  1. 1Pour dark rum and coffee liqueur over ice in a highball glass.
  2. 2Add cold brew coffee and simple syrup.
  3. 3Float Irish cream on top by pouring over a spoon.
  4. 4Serve layered.
