  • Shot — The Berlin Wall club's exterior sign flashes 'VANDERSEXXX'
  • Shot — Jamie gets attacked by soccer hooligans shouting 'MANCHESTER!'
  • Chug — Scotty interrupts Fiona and Donny performing 'Scotty Doesn't Know'

Themed Cocktail

Vatican Absinthe Heist

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz gin
  • 0.75 oz absinthe
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz prosecco
  • 3 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
  1. 1Fill Collins glass with crushed ice
  2. 2Combine gin, absinthe, lemon juice, and simple syrup in shaker with ice
  3. 3Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  4. 4Strain into prepared Collins glass
  5. 5Top with prosecco and orange bitters
