Ingredients:

1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.5 oz butterfly pea flower syrup
2 oz tonic water
Edible flower for garnish

Instructions:

1Add butterfly pea flower syrup to the bottom of a tall glass.
2Fill with ice cubes.
3In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice with ice. Shake for 10 seconds.
4Strain over the ice, letting the purple layer swirl up.
5Top with tonic water. The acid in the lime will shift the color from purple to pink as you stir.
6Drop an edible flower on top. It looks like the show feels.
