Themed Cocktail
Duke of New York
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.75 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.5 oz Campari
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 25 seconds until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Express an orange peel over the glass and place on the rim.
- 5Garnish and serve.
