Themed Cocktail
Red Leather Raw Rum
Ingredients:
- 2 oz dark rum
- 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
- 0.5 oz ginger syrup
- 0.25 oz Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp brown sugar
Instructions:
- 1Muddle brown sugar with bitters and ginger syrup in the bottom of an old fashioned glass.
- 2Add dark rum and lime juice.
- 3Fill the glass with large ice cubes and stir to combine.
- 4Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
