Themed Cocktail
Scorpion Negroni
Ingredients:
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 0.25 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 large ice cube
Instructions:
- 1Add gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and grapefruit juice to a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 30 seconds — slow, deliberate, no talking.
- 3Strain over a single large ice cube in a rocks glass.
