Themed Cocktail

Lady Violet's Barb

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz dry sherry
  • 0.5 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 0.25 oz simple syrup
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 lemon twist for garnish

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine sherry, Lillet Blanc, simple syrup, bitters, and lemon juice in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 20 seconds until chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
  4. 4Twist a lemon peel over the surface to express oils and drape it on the rim.
