Themed Cocktail
The Devil of Hell's Kitchen
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 0.75 oz Averna amaro
- 0.5 oz sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash black walnut bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine rye, Averna, sweet vermouth, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir for 25 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Serve strong and dark.
