Themed Cocktail
The Dosimeter
Ingredients:
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 0.75 oz Fernet-Branca
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz honey syrup
- 2 dashes celery bitters
Instructions:
- 1Combine rye, Fernet-Branca, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake for 12 seconds.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Dash celery bitters on top.
