Themed Cocktail

The Cooper Nielsen

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz cognac
  • 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz honey syrup
  • 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 2 oz sparkling wine

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine cognac, lemon juice, honey syrup, elderflower liqueur, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a champagne flute.
  4. 4Top with sparkling wine.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist — classical foundation, rebellious finish.
