Themed Cocktail

The Photon Blast

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz reposado tequila
  • 1 oz fresh orange juice
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz agave nectar
  • 0.25 oz grenadine
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine tequila, orange juice, lime juice, and agave in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  4. 4Slowly pour grenadine down the side to create a glowing gradient, then add bitters on top.
