Themed Cocktail

Elio's Peach Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 0.5 oz peach nectar
  • 1 dash orange bitters
  • 1 large ice cube

Instructions:

  1. 1Combine gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, peach nectar, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
  4. 4Garnish simply.
