Themed Cocktail
Tess's Burlesque Blush
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz gin
- 0.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur (Chambord)
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz sparkling rosé
Instructions:
- 1Combine gin, grapefruit juice, Chambord, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
- 3Top carefully with sparkling rosé.
- 4Do not stir — let the layers show.
